PLAYER SPOTLIGHT: BILLY FRYAR, TEAM USA

Billy from Bigelow suffered a spinal cord injury plus a major motorcycle accident 25 years ago. He thought his golfing days were over but then his son Dillon expressed a desire to pick up the game. Billy found out then that it was still able to swing a club with one arm and get back on the course for his family. Adaptive golf has been a game changer. Having my son caddie for me at the 2024 Adaptive Open was one of the highlights. We have made wonderful friends in the adaptive golf community. Billy’s purpose is to inspire and encourage others to keep pushing forward, no matter what! It is a great honor to represent Team USA in 2024.
